To suspend your service, sign in to My Verizon. There is a one-time charge to initiate a vacation suspend:
- Your service can be suspended between 30 days up to 9 months*.
- You need to have the service for 90 days prior to it being suspended, and you must have at least 3 months of active service in any calendar year.
*Does not apply to FWA/5G Home.
Note: You will continue to be billed monthly for some services, as well as any applicable taxes or surcharges during your suspension.
