Why does "Do not send personal check" appear on my bill and what does it mean?
Verizon restricts a customer’s payment options when payments have been returned. You can pay with these methods:
- Cashier’s or certified check
- Credit or debit card
- Cash in person - Verizon.com/paymentlocations
You'll need to continue to pay by the methods above until a positive payment history is established and the "Do not send personal check" message no longer appears on your bill.
