Set up Door Locks
Remotely monitor the doors of your home and grant entry to visitors without having to give them your key or be home to open the door yourself. The system can send an update when your door is locked/unloced using a PIN code, and you can change the PIN once the visitor has left to prevent future re-entry.

Door Lock Setup Tips:
- Equipment: Before you set up your door lock, make sure you have the following equipment: deadbold cover with keypad, deadbolt, baseplate, AA batteries (3 AA batteries for Deadbolt Lock and 4 AA batteries for the Door Lever Keypad Lock), 1 9V battery (Deadbolt Lock only), and Phillips screwdriver (not included in the kit).
We recommend pairing the Door Locks with the Gateway Device last, as it takes approximately 3 minutes for it to successfully pair and appear as an active device from the Home Monitoring and Control Web site on My Verizon. After you pair the lock, approximately 1 minute passes before a blinking green light indicates a successful pairing; another minute will pass before the door lock appears as an active device on the Home Monitoring and Control Web site. A red blinking light indicates that pairing was not successful.
Write down your door lock's programming code before you enter into it the Setup Wizard. You will be prompted to enter the programming code when you pair the lock with the Gateway Device.
Make sure you test your door lock with the door open. If you accidently lock your door lock and you cannot unlock it, repeat the set up steps again.
