FiOS Internet

Verizon has determined that your FiOS router's power adapter should be replaced if you're using an Actiontec MI424WR, Verizon MI424WR, or an Actiontec RI408 router. The router is the device installed with your FiOS TV or FiOS Internet service. In order to be sure you continue to enjoy uninterrupted, top-quality broadband and TV service from Verizon, please replace your current FiOS router power adapter with the new adapter you will receive from Verizon at your earliest convenience.

This upgraded adapter is provided at no additional cost to you. The step-by-step instructions will guide you through the easy process of connecting the new power adapter to your router. Take a moment to read through the instructions before replacing the adapter. There is no need to return the original adapter.

Important note: This power adapter is compatible only with Verizon-provided FiOS routers, Model number MI424WR. Our records indicate that this is the router that you have, but please check the model number on your router to make sure. If you have a different model number, please disregard this notice. Replacing the power adapter is not necessary.

You can verify your router is included in the power adapter replacement program by using the graphics below to identify your router.
