Call Forwarding With Scheduling - FiOS Digital Voice
With FiOS® Digital Voice, you can go online from any computer and arrange to forward your incoming FiOS Digital Voice phone calls to any number. You can schedule Call Forwarding for certain times or days and for selected incoming callers also.
Note Call Forwarding is a dual feature with FiOS Digital Voice. Therefore, when selecting any Call Forwarding options on your Account Manager, you will automatically change any Call Forwarding settings previously set directly on your FiOS Digital Voice line. The Forward all my calls option will always override any other forwarding choice.
Setting up Call Forwarding From the Account Manager
To set up Call Forwarding from the Account Manager:

Forwarding calls to international numbers will incur per-minute rates to international locations.

Open the Account Manager
Click Calling Features on the left hand side of the screen
Select Call Forwarding
At Forward my incoming calls to:, enter the phone number where you want your calls forwarded
Click one of the Call Forwarding options:Forward all Numbers or Forward Calls only from certain numbers. If you specify to Forward calls only from certain numbers you can add up to 10 numbers manually or from your Phone Book.
Check Forward Calls According to a Schedule.
- Enter your start/end dates and times
- If you want the schedule to repeat, click on the box
choose the frequency, and fill in the Repeat Until box
- Click on Add Schedule and click OK
Do NOT click on Activate Call Forwarding. Clicking on this button will immediately turn on Call Forwarding and override the schedule.
You can view the schedule by returning to Call Forwarding or on your Calendar.
