Hurricane Isaias Update
Network leader Serg Mislevy gave us an update on our Network performance and response in the wake of Hurricane Isaias as we continue to monitor its impact.

Tech Coach
We heard from Chief Marketing Officer Diego Scotti, who shared the ways we are putting customers first by offering the best service and solutions. Sam Ames, who is a general manager in Atlanta, was featured in the Tech Coach spot highlighting ways our employees are dedicated to solving customer challenges. Tech Coach will offer Verizon customers a convenient way to receive live tech support without having to go in stores or stay on hold. Following Number Lock, Tech Coach is the second of many initiatives that will ease customer pain points, making Verizon not only a provider of the most reliable network, but also one of premier support.
