Catching up with General Stanley McChrystal.

Jeremy spoke with the distinguished retired Army General Stanley McChrystal, who offered words of advice on what it means to be a leader, especially in times of change and uncertainty.

General McChrystal is the former commander of U.S. and International Security Assistant Forces in Afghanistan and the former commander of the nation’s Military Counter Terrorism Force Joint Special Operations Command.

As a leader himself, the General conveyed the importance of staying committed to values and having “character that reflects what we can believe in.” As the country grapples with COVID-19 and calls for racial justice, General McChrystal encourages us to understand we’re all responsible for being the change we want to see: “It doesn't matter if you're not the problem, we all have to be part of the solution.”
