FOR WHAT I NEED - IT'S OK

Check Mark Graphic Yes, I'd recommend this product.

ALTHOUGH THERE IS A DRAWING OF THE PHONE POINTING TO THE AUDIO CONTROLS ON THE SIDE, THERE'S NO MENTION OF THESE IN THE TEXT AREA FOR EXPLANATIONS... BUT PLUGGING AN EXTERNAL HEADPHONE IN, GIVES YOU EXCELLENT AUDIO RECEPTION - SINCE THE TINY BUILT-IN SPEAKER FOR ME IS VIRTUALLY USELESS... FOR THE PRICE - WELL BOB BARKER - IT'S RIGHT......

It's a great phone, however there are some words missing in the Predictive keyboard and also the received picture quality is very bad. It's missing the words "how've", "how're" and "how'd" from the dictionary and you cannot add these words to the dictionary because they have an apostrophe ( ' ) in them. This means if you want to type these words, you must change the keyboard mode to Abc, type in the words the long way, and then you can switch back. Also, capital "I" should be in the Predictive keyboard as well but it isn't and you can add it to the dictionary but it doesn't show up as a suggestion. When you press the number 4, the suggestions are g h i so if you want to type I in the middle of a sentence you have to change to ABC mode and then type it in the long way. Lastly, I sent a photo to someone at 248 Kb and they saved it and sent it back at 248 Kb, however this phone downloaded it at 127 Kb. All of my pictures are coming in at a much worse quality than what I had with basic phones running different software like Android.
