Battery lasts longer with dark color faces

Shoshkela - 6 hours ago

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

When I first got my Apple Watch I had trouble with it keeping a charge all day, then I noticed the light colored faces used the battery a lot more. So I switched to a black watch face. It lights up when I look at it plus it tells me how much charge it has, the temperature, date and I can make a call from it. I love it plus my parents bought it for me just in case I fell the watch would call 911 with my gps location if I was unconscious, lol!

Love the ECG app

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

The ECG app helped me find the answer to my issues with my pulse dropping. I had very good blood pressure. But when I exerted myself be it exercise, walking on my tread mill and cutting grass my pulse would drop below 60 down to 48. I could get it back to normal like 80 bpm or higher. This went on for years with Cardiologist putting me thru all test accept the electric part. Previous tachycardia turned into bradycardia til I almost died. My Arrythimia Dr and Cardiologist came together when I was admitted to the Hospital. Now I have a pacemaker. So I believe in my heart ♥️ that this watch helped me save my own life by going to the ER. It did read the same as the heart monitor at the hospital.

Great features try some selected here. Change your face to combine the features you use most

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I disagree with those who complain about heart monitor and blood oxygen, compared in my primary physician office and almost exactly the same number. It is slightly slow on hand washing. It seems faster when you scrub the hand the watch is on and how fast you are washing. I am comparing two sleep apps, they are similar in what they measure but “Sleep Watch” Premium offers the most information. Be sure to follow their directions. Using suggestions from the app after putting in my information for at least two weeks has helped as Zi am an insomniac and some of the suggestions are really improving my deeper sleep. There are other great features, exercise programs choose the best for your age and body condition. I have started to use different ones, but have lost 10 pounds and gained strength. Also use your health app. Add any hospital data bases your Drs use, saves time in checking in with a new Doctor as they have most of your info already. I also use it as a phone, but your phone co will charge extra. I love my Apple Watch 7 used with my iPhone 11.

I love this watch. I’ll try the new one now. I started with the 1 series, skipped to the 3 series now going to the 6 series because I want to see the newest features. Heart monitor and breathing works very well.
