Yes. Only the watch itself needs to be on a Verizon line. The GizmoHub app can be installed on the parent/guardian's smartphone regardless of carrier.

The primary guardian can decide who in the trusted contact list can view the watch's location. Among the contact roles, only those contacts assigned the role of guardian or caregiver can view the location. If you don't want a contact to be able to view location but still allow them calls and texts, you can assign them to be a buddy. -John

It comes with the charging cable. The charging block to which the cable plugs in is not included, which is typical for most smart watches and smartphones.

Unlimited monthly service is $10 per month plus any applicable taxes and fees.

If referring to Number Share, Gizmo watches are standalone devices, meaning each watch has its own phone number, so in that sense is not paired with a smartphone. However, the child's primary guardian does manage the watch on their smartphone using the GizmoHub app. From the GizmoHub app, the primary guardian can add other trusted contacts that can communicate with the watch. GizmoWatch 3, including the primary guardian, supports up to 20 contacts. -Joseph

As the account owner, you complete the setup for the watch using the GizmoHub app on your phone. You can then communicate with, manage, and locate the watch via GPS. You can also grant permission for others to be trusted contacts. Up to 20 contacts (including yourself) are supported, so yes, two parents and a sibling are just fine. Also, if the sibling is the right age for a Gizmo (around ages 6-11) then both of your kids can be Gizmo buddies and communicate with each other over their Gizmos.
