This is a terrible watch and app! It never tracks my child like it should (and I live in ATL so there are plenty of cell towers and my phone seems to work!) AND it doesn’t always deliver messages promptly AND it won’t call out sometimes AND it’s not water proof (kids watches should be water proof). If your looking for piece on mind while allowing your kids a little freedom - LOOK ELSWHERE! Don’t waste your money on this junk.

"Thanks for sharing your feedback, we are sorry to learn that the device has issues with calls not getting connected and late message prompts. May we please suggest a few troubleshooting steps, as follows - Please attempt turning both devices off together, and then restart the phone first. Also if there is presently a paused activity within the phone/app, end the activity from within that app on your watch and then try to unpair and re-pair your watch. With regards to the locations accuracy, please try the below steps to reset the device and verify whether the issue is resolved-- From the Control Panel, touch 'More' > 'Manage Device's and touch the watch you want to reset. Then, Swipe to the bottom and touch 'Delete Gizmo' > 'Continue' you may also reset the watch by connecting it to the Charging dock and then pressing the Back button 4 times. ""If the problem still persists, may we ask you to contact our Verizon Wireless customer support at tel: 8009220204 OR so we could help troubleshoot the device and offer you a suitable solution?
