Yes, New with the third-generation of the Gizmo Watch are three games: Tic Tac Toe, Puzzles, and Gizmo Says. Your child can also customize the interface to their liking with a few watch faces to pick from. The Gizmo Watch 3 can also track steps and make calls to approved contacts. -Joe

Where the watch band connects to the watch, you will see a metal pin. slide the pin to retract it from the watch and you should then be able to remove the band.

Making so many calls unintentionally is quite unusual an may suggest that there is an issue with your watch. Please contact us at gizmo@verizon.com if you would like us to troubleshoot. If you are considering upgrading from GizmoWatch 2 to Gizmo Watch 3, you may be pleased to know that Gizmo Watch 3 has School Mode, which you can turn on and off remotely from the GizmoHub app. You can also schedule School Mode to automatically turn on and off at specific times and days. School Mode disables all features except the ability for your daughter to call her emergency contact. This would be difficult to do unintentionally because it requires pressing and holding the SOS button for 2-3 seconds and then swiping to make the call.

Gizmo watches have a list of messages from which the child can choose. Using GizmoHub app, parents can edit the messages or create entirely new ones. The new messages will sync with the child's Gizmo and update the list of messages the child can choose.

The watch itself requires a Verizon plan, which is $10 per month plus taxes and fees for unlimited use. However, trusted contacts, including the account owner can download the GizmoHub app to their smartphone on any US carrier, not just Verizon. GizmoHub lets you manage, locate using GPS and communicate with the Gizmo watch.

Gizmo Watches only use Wi-Fi to assist with location. The watch uses the Verizon LTE network for all data and communications features.
