My initial online experience and customer service experience were bad. Information about delivery was not correct in both channels, as result, I had to cancel the order and start again.
2nd order with store pickup was much better and the service at the VZ store was good.

Replaced a Pixel 3 with this Pixel 8. Having to spend to much time in settings. Finding the screen is too sensitive in some functions and not sensitive enough in some. Need to use the phone single handed a lot and find it's difficult to do a 2 finger swipe one handed.

Replacement phone for pixel 6. Can't figure out how to back track between screens. Screen shot doesn't come up easily...or getting out of Instagram posts. Seems harder to use. Not as user friendly as previously

Yes, I'd recommend this product.
I upgraded from a Pixel 5 to an 8. This is my third Pixel, and I have been happy with each purchase. This phone allows me to anything I find necessary... banking, creating files, printing, etc And the fun stuff like taking pictures. Each Pixel I have owned has taken beautiful pictures, and the Pixel 8 is no different. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Kind of the same phone I had (Pixel 4a). Had to reinstate the three button protocol to preserve sanity. Do not like that there's no aux jack anymore. Bluetooth is great but it doesn't solve everything.
Weird thing where I have to hit "try again" every time I google something because it says I don't have a connection but I do and I never have to hit "try again" a second time, but it's silly and even though it's ultimately not a problem, it's dumb that it happens, you know?

I went to the store to have some one help me cause I couldn't get anything that I had on my old I walked in and bri helped me restore my stuff she is a very sweet lady and took time to help me! The guy who sold me the new phone didn't help me with anything he just transferred everything over to new one wasn't impressed with the guy who sold me the phone
