Regarding the delays you've noticed, several factors could be contributing to this. One general reason could be that there are background applications running during startup, which may slow down the response time. To check if this is the case, I suggest starting your phone in Safe Mode. If the phone performs and responds as it should in Safe Mode, it may indicate that certain apps are affecting its performance.
