While they do have slightly more weight than your typical sunglasses, it’s not noticeable with wear. The ability to customize them with interchangeable frames definitely makes these unique. I found that the Soundcore app was easy to set up and use, and loved that you could change the audio through different equalizer settings. The overall sound quality seemed a bit lacking though. Music with a lot of bass in it didn’t translate over very well. I assume this is due to them not having the same sound isolation as earbuds though. I enjoyed the ability to also use these sunglasses for calls, and the built in microphones were clear and worked well. In “privacy mode” there is little sound escaping, but with other modes, there is a fairly noticeable amount of sound leakage- meaning that those nearby you can also hear your music playing. I did enjoy that you can still hear outside noise while using these though. The overall quality of the lenses themselves is very good. The lenses are just dark enough, easy to see through, and I’m a big fan of the fact that they are polarized!
