Thanks for sharing your experience. I would like to present our deepest apologies for all the inconvenience.To fix the pair issue, we kindly ask you to try the following tips:
- Ensure the earbuds can be charged and be turned on.
- Reset the earbuds: Place the earbuds into the charging case and remain the case open. Press and hold the button on the case for 10 seconds until all the earbud LED indicators flash white 3 times slowly. This confirms that the reset was successful and your earbuds can be connected normally.
- Turn on the Bluetooth on your device again, search for “Life Note E” and pair the device to see if that worked.
- Try with another device (phone/tablet/etc.) and see if the issue is the same.

How do I connect to the phone?
Follow the steps below to put your device in pairing mode: Taking the earbuds out of the charging case. Long-pressing the power button. Opening the charging case. Taking the earbuds out of the charging case and putting them back. Press the charging case's pairing button. Pressing the earbuds' pairing button. ~Maria
