These are I would say average earbuds nothing spectacular but they work, I tried registering on their website for warranty and Verizon is not under their listing for sellers of their product and cannot just type in Verizon only what they have in their list of sellers so I am assuming that there is no warranty through them on this product unless it is from their listing? Decent price for average earbuds but nothing special there are better for higher prices but you get what you pay for, I was looking for something inexpensive as my speakers on my old tablet cut out at random times.

The sound is really great on these, great bass response from such a small earbud, and highs are very well reproduced also. Easy to set-up, connected with no problems the first time. Only wish was Bluetooth range was a bit further, but fine for most applications. Great sounding earbud for the price point! Sound much more expensive than they were.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I would like to present our deepest apologies for all the inconvenience.

To fix the pair issue, we kindly ask you to try the following tips:

- Ensure the earbuds can be charged and be turned on.
- Reset the earbuds: Place the earbuds into the charging case and remain the case open. Press and hold the button on the case for 10 seconds until all the earbud LED indicators flash white 3 times slowly. This confirms that the reset was successful and your earbuds can be connected normally.
- Turn on the Bluetooth on your device again, search for “Life Note E” and pair the device to see if that worked.
- Try with another device (phone/tablet/etc.) and see if the issue is the same.

These headphones have an awesome sound to me, I put them on and felt like an earthquake in my head from the bass and still had clear vocals and music.. not fuzzy sounding like most headphones when the bass hits. They’re durable except for when your dog chews them up.. my dog destroyed 2 pair. I dropped the 3rd pair in my freezer for almost 2 weeks. I had purchased some more because I thought I lost them. I found them after grocery shopping, l let them thaw out for a day, they still had the full charge, I turned them on and same beautiful sound. Now I have 2 pair. I’m keeping them both, now I got one for home ,because they hook up to almost everything including my tv for late night and a pair to keep in the car for when I’m out or just in case my dog gets hungry again. Phone calls are crystal clear even with one headphone in, I know because I asked and people said they thought I was using the phone mic. They come with like 5 different ear tips I love that cause I need the small ones. Overall awesome set of headphones, internal EQ is nice too. I would recommend these to anybody, they sound better than the $200 headphones from a big company everybody knows… that’s for real.

Follow the steps below to put your device in pairing mode: Taking the earbuds out of the charging case. Long-pressing the power button. Opening the charging case. Taking the earbuds out of the charging case and putting them back. Press the charging case's pairing button. Pressing the earbuds' pairing button. ~Maria
