I was very disappointed that there was no adaptor with the cord so I could plug it into a regular plug. I ordered the product I wanted from Amazon the next day for a fraction of what I paid at Verizon for something I could not use.

Why is it cheaper to buy it off apple. Verizon charges almost a dollar extra for the Same product.
