I ordered the device with Verizon since 07-17-2024 Fedex lost it and this is the date (07-24-2024) that Verizon still has not been able to send me a replacement order; I have spoken with 7 representatives, the new order has been created by Verizon on two occasions with different supervisors and it is still not possible to receive the order at my address. Verizon as a company in my opinion; It is a disaster. Customer service representatives are irresponsible, without any professionalism and much less what it means to offer excellent service and even more so when they made a previous mistake with the client.
