Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I bought my buds about 5 years ago. They are a great device for listening to music as well as taking calls. I wore them almost every day while walking my route delivering mail. Only wearing 1 at a time while out delivering. They are very easily charged & whats more the case carries a charge for when you can't stop & plug them in. They slowly quit holding a charge so now I am purchasing my 2nd pair. They are the best bang for your buck & worth the investment

I really loved these headphones, then it said I had to do an update on them. Now they don’t work. Now I’m out an expensive pair of headphones.

Left earbud would never charge

Opened it up, read the directions, and tried to connect them. Right side was 100% and connected right away. Left side was at 0% and would never charge in the case. Did everything I could do, including talk to tech support. Problem never was resolved so I decided to return them. I will not recommend these earbuds until they fix the charging issues that plague this product.

To ensure your one-year warranty is on file, just in case you need it, you can register your Powerbeats Pro today. To find the serial number launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad, tap General, tap About, scroll down and tap your Powerbeats Pro, then find your serial number.

Do you have to have both ear buds in to listen to the music and answer the phone?

No if you want you can used only One... They perfectly together or separate. In my personal opinion I used only one because I saved battery and actually with 10 minutes charging the beat can charge for like 2 or 3 hour they charge Really fast

can you answer the phone from the earbuds like the Bluetooth and can you turn the volume up or down on the earbud like a bluetooth

do the ear tips rotate side to side? It looks like it do from the pictures on the Verizon website
