These sound great and are very comfortable. Unfortunately they’re littered with connectivity issues and just lack of build quality overall. I had to send the first pair to Bose for a replacement because instead of just cutting out sometimes, they just stopped connecting to anything. Had the replacement pair for a whopping 30 hours to find out the charging case pins were broken on the replacement pair, which were brand new. Only the left earbud could charge. So hopefully third times the charm otherwise I’ll be looking for better earbuds elsewhere. Because these are not worth $300 and I regret buying them

Like the headphones but they’re not loud enough and the noise cancellation isn’t as good as the AirPods :(. Also the headphones make a pop noise randomly I don’t know if it’s defective or it’s like that. Overall a little disappointed but they were on sale so it’s whatever.

I got these earbuds specifically because I want to listen to music, streams, podcasts, etc. I've had them since around November of 2024, and have finally decided to review them. The sound is great and very customizable via the app. The touch controls are intuitive and simple, as well as the voice controls (but I opted to disable them). As is Bose standard, the noise cancelling is also wonderful. I enjoy these earbuds, but there is one feature built into the earbuds that completely ruins the experience - if you're laying down or sitting in a chair and not moving for an extended period of time, even just 20 or 30 minutes, they will automatically shut off. There is no option in the app to disable this whatsoever. It, effectively, makes these earbuds unusable, and I cannot recommend them because of it.

They are loud and base was nice I only hate you can’t put them on find my (apple products iPhone) this is key because they are easy to misplace, beside that I brought them in December and I go to the gym the right one started making static noise and it just stopped working glad I have a warranty but I will be giving them away, JBL and beats haven’t done me wrong. I wish Bose would bring the Bose back and they should make all buds compatible with the connect app, this is another reason I’m giving them away, ALSO RESTOCK THE BOSE SPORT MODE. Increase the bass, and make sure it’s update if your forcing people to use your app. That is all.oh yea it’s VERY sensitive to touch

Missing alot of the basic options available in nearly every other set of earbuds. Sound quality is basically the same as galacy buds i have and a couple of others.

I have kind of a small head and usually headphones fall off or the ears don't sit just right. I can't find dimensions anywhere. Are they small and then extend or what?

Can they read your text messages

However, if your phone is set up to read text messages aloud, the audio will be transmitted to the earbuds when they are connected. The earbuds themselves do not have text-reading capabilities, according to Bose support.
