I just got off the phone with customer service. What a delight. Got everything handled correctly. It was a pleasure doing business with Verizon customer service and I did not get the young lady's name. She deserves a raise.

I have been a Bose fan for as long as I can remember. That being said, these earphones have left a once reputable company tarnished in my view. I had a set of the Sport earbuds. While they are comfortable and sound good, since they only lasted 8 months for my first set, and 12 months for the replacement set (thought it was a fluke) before not charging anymore, I will not go back. Truly disappointed.

Do NOT waste your money!! This worthless product lasted about 6 months before the left earbud refused to charge. I unplugged, reset, even applied blunt force trauma...nothing. The left earbud still does nothing but flash red and white when you put it in the case. I was told that Bose stood for quality. That was a lie. These things are absolutely worthless. And don't even get me started on the "your volume has been too loud for too long" warnings. You can shove that! I will decide how loud and for how long I listen to my music. Worst earbuds ever. I'll check back in after my TEMU wireless buds have lasted five years without a hitch, and you're still trying to figure out how to get lefty to not die after 15 charges.

Stop selling people "new earbuds" and sending refurbished, broken ones! This has happened to me THREE times and the left ear bud won't charge every time. WARNING DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

How do you turn on

To Power On the Bose Sport Earbuds: 1. Press the button on the front of the charging case. Make sure to use the tip of your finger when pressing the button. 2. When the charging case opens, the earbuds power on. The earbud status lights and charging case status lights glow. Make sure the LEDs are on before removing the earbuds from the case. Close the case after you remove the earbuds from the charging case; this will preserve battery life and keep the case free of debris.
