The case doesn’t fit the phone. The cut outs for side control buttons didn’t line up. The phone doesn’t function. It’s a piece of crap. Horrid design. I expect much more from Coach. Save your money.

Just got my phone a month ago and bought this cases cause it’s so cute. Dropped my phone in the garage and it’s already cracked and scuffed up.

I have had this case less than 2 months and the back is separating from the side. Disappointed that can only return to Verizon store for 30 days and Coach only warranties items purchased from Coach store. My old phone had a $5 case off Amazon that lasted over 4 years so paying $60 for less than 2 months seems like a rip off
