I will be returning this, this week. I couldn't make it fit my ear. And couldn't make it work.

Not happy with this headset

This headset is not as comfortable as other headsets I’ve had. After about two hours my ear gets sore from the headset pushing against the inside of my ear. It came with three silicone buds, however I can’t really tell a difference in size. There is only two sizes of ear loops and one seems too big and the other too small. I’m going to keep trying different combinations between ear buds and ear loops before finally giving up on this product, but so far comfort was not the main focus with this headset. There is no noise cancellation and the bud doesn’t really seal around the inside of the ear, so even mildly noisy rooms make for a difficult time when listening to a conversation on the other end of the phone.

Volume is very low and will not go any higher I have already returned it and got another one and that one is not for me either. I’m very unhappy.

Is the ear hook detachable or is it part of the earphone?

The headset can be worn on the left or right ear. Choose between 2 ergo-designed eargels for optimal fit and comfort. The earhook can be attached to the headset for a more secure fit, and can be worn with or without the eargel. Plug the headset into any available USB port on your PC using the supplied USB cable.
