Ya ha pasado un año de haberlo comprado y no he escuchado tan buena calidad y fidelidad a tan buen precio. Funciona a la perfección.

Wow I work for Samsing corporate and it looks like the software on JBL firmware has some issues with connectivity and the interconnectivity. She cannot switch on the bar when the 75 Samsung UHD is turned on and has to reset wifi and swap between multiple fields just to try and get it to play. The device itself if and when it does miraculously pair sounds incredible but the headache of these connectivity issues embarrassed me and unfortunately I will be going to the JBL flagship SoHo Manhattan store to try and return this crap. $1,400 and all I can say is that you cannot buy love! One less customer after all the time spent trying to turn it on and FYI I have set up many home entertainment systems. Maybe this one was dropped on the shipping container to the store???

Speaker worked great for a few month. then one of the side speaker stopped working. When i hit the power button the side speaker will connect and play for a few seconds then stop. Firmware is up to date. Disappointed seeing how much these speakers cost and they are already...not working correctly.

You can only pair one device and if you switch to other device then you can’t connect back unless reset 1000 time. It has software issues design issues and sound issues. Don’t waste ur money

Bought this soundbar a few years ago and the subwoofer randomly stopped working when it wasn’t in use. It would not get power with all the general troubleshooting methods. When the product works it’s great except for the limited options to fine tune your set up.

Bought this and I liked it . Took a little while to get the hang of it . Still to me it's not 9.1 . It sounds like a 5.1 . Music is awesome . Movies are like a 7.5/10. Surround sound speakers cut out sometimes. The longer you use them the more frequent it happens . Also the surround speakers don't charge while the soundbar is on . Has to be in standby .

Great sounds but I keep having troubles with sound cutting off with no reasons (display shows trying to connect to DD++) and a few time boozing noise came up and didn't go away until the bar is stopped for few hours. This is very sad situation that others reported and It's not even a month old...
