We're here to help with your JBL ENDURANCE PEAK II. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton cloth, makeup, or cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please make sure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If the troubleshooting steps did not work, please contact our customer support.

They do NOT work with Samsung S21 or S22.

Nightmare, if there was a 0 Star option that's what I would select. I've had these for several months and they have never worked properly. They never connected with my previous S21 phone. Initially they would connect the my Samsung S22. Now only the left ear will connect - sometimes. I've spent over 4 hrs on the phone with JBL support and another 12+ hrs on my own trying to fix them. A complete waste of money.

Please make sure that both eardbuds are being charged. It will show a red led light on each bud while it's charging. You may also check for dirt on the charging terminals as it may prevent the earbuds to charge properly. We're always looking for ways to improve.
