Problematic volume issues

After a couple of months, the headset volume randomly change from too soft to too loud. If I touch, not adjust the volume button, the sound returns to target levels. This issue constantly occurs throught use. There is no solution found within the formums. I can not recommend this product in its current state. Once addressed, I will change my rating accordingly.

You can not recharge your headphones while having them turned on. Bluetooth connection issues when being right next to the pc (receiver). Random bugs that come with the QuantumEngine, like example music not playing from one desktop app but other sounds work. Started random crackling noise. One of the worst headphones i have ever had, never would recommend. They are only 13 months old.

You may experience obvious sound quality degradation when using the headset near a USB 3.0-enabled device. This is not a malfunction. Use an extension USB dock instead to keep the dongle as far from the USB 3.0 port as possible. You may also try to adjust the volume on your PC, Mac, or gaming console device. The audio is crisp and while playing warzone 2.0 or rainbow six siege its my favorite of all time i use them daily and they work like a charm, the only downfall is the bsttery. The battery doesn’t last long as 14 hours. I stream and go online around 4 or 5pm and around 10 or 11pm my headset is already notifying me that its gonna die, yet the battery last for about 8 hours total wireless with dongle on playstation 4 and with the RGB Lighting on. If only the battery really last 14 hours. I would of given it a 5 star out of 5. That’s why i decided to give 4. But yes even the people that hear my voice say its very very clear. No lag etc.

I loved these headphones for about 6 months. Then they just started falling apart. They still sound fine, but cosmetically and functionally, they're terrible. I tried getting in touch with customer support about a warranty. But they would not help me.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I purchased this headset for gaming unfortunately it was received damaged. I got another one because I really liked it and that one was not working properly either and it came with different usb cables like if it was refurbished or something. Decided to just return back both items. Great headset though.

Great headphones, wish I could customize color and hear myself talk. Also you cannot charge and use. Other than that I LOVE THEM. I use them everyday day. Sound is so clear

I am on my second set and it falls apart just like first one did. The issue is with padding for your head. For no reason it just detaches from rest of the headphones. I mean I have a lot of JBL headphones and accessories at home. Gaming headphones should outlast almost everything else because they are being used almost every day for few hours. Very disappointed with JBL. I will be moving to a different manufacturer with all of my headphone, sound bar etc needs.

Can I simultaneously connect to a Mac wirelessly for Discord and an Xbox Series X or PlayStation 5 through 3.5mm or wirelessly for game audio?

Only one device at a time can connect to our JBL Quantum 800 wirelessly. You could connect one device through Bluetooth and connect the 3.5mm jack at the same time and the device that is connected through the audio cable will take priority.

What is the range of it frome the place its pluged into ?

Thank you for your interest in our products. The wireless dongle of our JBL Quantum 800 is 2.4G wifi so it will have a similar range to a typical home wifi router. Within a home with walls, you will likely have a range of up to 30-50 feet. In an open area, you should expect a range of 50 ft or more. This is all dependent on the area and physical interference like walls and floors, just like any wifi system.

Do these work with an Xbox Series S? I used these with a PS4 Pro (no problems) but neither the usb dongle or the 3.5mm seem to work with it.
