Great headphones purchased from a terrible company. These are great headphones for my steam deck. My ability to purchase them from Verizon has been my only positive interaction with Verizon. Verizon hates it's customers, and doesn't want to do anything to keep their customers. If I had any better option, I would have purchased these headphones somewhere else. Amazing product, awful cellphone carrier.

These are my first pair of gaming earbuds, in fact my first earbuds period. I have only used over the ear gaming headphones for my PlayStation consoles forever, but after receiving these JBL's and pairing them to my PS5? I was simply blown away. I had noticed before buying these that many were returned and for the life of me, I don't understand why, because IMO these are a high quality product from JBL. Let me go over why I love these so much. First the feel and freedoms of not having a bulking headset while gaming or listening to music which I was equally impressed with. As for the sound? It had that punchy bass, clear treble I had never had before with my the over ear head sets. And the volume on these are powerful and loud. I actually had to turn in down. I'm not sure why there were so many complaints about the battery life. I played for a little over their suggested time getting well into the 20 hours range on a full charge. Then there is also the ease of use with just a few taps left or right, no more searching for the scroll wheels or buttons to find with most over the ear headsets. Pairing these to my cell and PS5 was instantaneous. You get a notification, "Dongle Connected" as well as by tapping the left and right buds for other options. The charging case has a magnetic portal where the buds easily fall into place. You also have a slot to store the dongle. It also has 3 charging lights while connected with the Type C cord that let you know when running low or fully charged. Another fine attribute. Moving on to the ANC. This was my only gripe. I live in extreemly noisy environment, NYC. While it was drowning out some of the noise while gaming I was still able to enjoy my playing time. For me personally? The Pros far Outweigh the one small Con. As for the mic? I can't comment on this as I am a loner when I play my games. However, while talking with a friend before buying these he mentioned if I could give the mic a try once I'm up and running with these since he is also a gamer that might be interested in buying these if the mic quality is good. Once we give this a shot? I will add it to this review in the near future. My final thoughts. JBL has knocked this out of the park. They are an amazing pair of earbuds. Everything from the comfort, the sound, and the ease of use has got me convinced I will never wear over the ear headsets again. Excellent Job JBL!!!

Very comfortable and clear and rich sounding Earbuds. I enjoy hearing the full range of music. The earbuds work equally well on my phone and I can connect with a clear conversation.

I purchased JBL Quantum TWS Bluetooth buds in November 2023. I am so happy I mistakenly came across the buds in a Google search for quality Bluetooth buds. I am so amazed by the sound quality and features. In my opinion, JBL Quantum TWS is by far superior, and the icing on the cake is the sweet price of JBL Quantum TWS.

These headphones have amazing sound for their size! Wireless USB-C dongle works great as well! It's nice that when I'm connected to my laptop via the dongle and someone calls my phone, the headphones will jump over to Bluetooth on my phone. However, it will not work the other way around. If connected to the dongle on my laptop and I make an outgoing call on my phone, the headset will not switch over to Bluetooth requiring me to take out the earbuds and put the phone up to my ear. The Ear Canal Test never works, which I can understand with the way my ears are, but from reading other reviews, I don't this test works very often no matter what type of ear. As for the fit, my ear are the worst when it comes to earbuds. I have bought many different brand, sizes, and types and none of them would stay in my ears, including these! Very frustrating! So for these, I bought some memory foam tips to replace the ones that came with the earbuds along with some universal inner ear hooks. With these upgrades, I can run, do yard work and shake my head vigorously and the earbuds will remain in place! The noise cancelling is OK for this price range. The ambient sound control and talk through features are a nice touch. Both the JBL mobile app and desktop app have great features that allow you to monitor the status of the earbuds and case as well as the ability to customize the EQ, Ambient sound control levels, and a few other features. The only downside is the battery life is horrendous! This is the only reason I gave them 4 stars. I can get maybe 3 hours out them which sucks because I work long hours on the computer and like to listen to music to help establish the required pace of productivity.

I am a packaging artist. Thats my job thats my career. JBL should be ashamed in 2023 for sending such a small item in a convaluted set of boxes, with manuals that the type is so small you'll need sherlock holmes to help. Just look at apple for direction. How come with apple u just simple take it out the box put in your ears and viola!!!!!!

Bought myself a pair a few weeks ago and they arrived a couple days ago. So far they're extremely comfortable and sound great. Battery life is as advertised which is to say it's not mind blowing but it's good for general use cases. So far very happy for my first pair of higher end wireless earbuds.

How come JBl did not make one Compatible for xbox?

We have models designed specifically for Xbox such as JBL Quantum 910X for example. Is this Headphones compatible with xbox series x and how can I connect it?

Thanks for your inquiry. Our JBL Quantum TWS is only compatible with PS5/Switch and PC. Unfortunately, the dongle is not supported on the XBOX Series X, so there is no microphone or audio playback function with the headphones.

I have a pair of these and the Lbud suddenly started getting really hot! I removed it from my ear afraid it was going to explode. After half an hour it had finally cooled down. But I don’t know if I should put it back in the case or what…

Can you use one at a time, i guess what im asking is if each earbud has its own power on, so i can have one free ear and use the second earbud if my battery dies?
