i am a big jbl fan but these headphones are terrible. they fall out of my ears no matter what size tip I use and they’re so uncomfortable. they stop playing sound any time im not standing straight up and down even though they’re supposed to be good for exercising!! they stay connected to my phone even after i put them in the case and turned on the auto shut-off. the noise cancellation is okay but the JBL tune buds work way better for that and the sound quality is clearer. i hate these headphones but i paid for them and i can’t return them so i suffer every time i wear them.

Thanks for your feedback. We would like to let you know that this is not the experience that we want you to have with our product. To address the connection issue of your JBL Reflect Mini NC wherein it is still connected even though you put it back already on its charging case; you may try to reset your earbuds. With both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 2 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair them again. If the issue persists, please contact our customer support.

Decent sound but not good workout headphones

Sound quality is ok, but these aren’t good for working out because they fall out of my ears very easily. I’be tried all the different ear bud combinations and none of them will fit snugly enough that they don’t fall out after moving a little bit such as when running or doing crunches. Even if they don’t fall all the way out, they move enough that it triggers the music to pause, so I’m always having to stop my workout to get the music to play again.

I bought these refurbished in November. They don't fit in my ears (6 foot male), one won't charge, and when connected to Bluetooth, said "Amanda's JBL earbuds. " Waste of money, and still figuring out how to return.

I have issues with the left earbud loosing charge in about 15 minutes of use. This happened on my very first listen and on every subsequent listen. I have tried resets and recharges. Would not recoment the reflect mini NC

Charging problems are usually caused by deep-seated dirt on the metal charging contacts, which includes sweat, skin grease, or moisture. To reduce the likelihood of this issue, use a cotton swab with some rubbing alcohol to clean the charging terminals of the headphones. Rotate the swab and scrub lightly on each contact surface, then use a cotton cloth to remove any dust and cotton residue left on the headphones. Next, wipe the contact pins in the charging case with a clean cotton swab and wait for it to try. Repeat until the contact points are visibly clean, and charging should work as designed. If the issue continues, please reach out to our Customer Support for further assistance.

Sound quality is great but build quality is not. They have trouble connecting (only.one connects at a time often) and one of them dies far too quickly so the battery is obvious not working correctly.

I bought a pair of these last year, within 6 months one ear bud died! The replacement sets case has now stopped charging within 9 months! They also have a mesh cover on them that traps gunk and when I tried to clean them as advised by JBL the mesh came off the buds, which did eliminate the gunk collection but I imagine voids the warranty! Luckily they discontinued because no one should buy them!

I purchase these a couple of weeks ago because I wanted some quality earbuds for running and cycling. These are amazing, comfortable and haven’t popped out on me on my runs or rides.

Initially I had a little trouble figuring out how to get the earbuds to seat in my ears, but once I figured that out I’ve had zero complaints. I run in them regularly and they always stay in place. Good sound. Pretty good noise cancellation, other than a little wind sometimes. Absolutely would recommend to anyone wanting quality sound for any type of adventure.

Can you wear these in the shower?

Our JBL Reflect Mini NC is IP67 waterproof and dustproof. It can be used during Extreme workout sessions and taking showers. But it is not recommended for swimming since Bluetooth signal doesn't pass through water.

are the fins removable?

Yes. Our JBL Reflect Mini NC TWS earbuds are interchangeable. For a secure fit while doing physical activities, you can attach/ remove the fins. The buds and fins come in different sizes: small, medium, and large.

Are the mini ones smaller than the reflect Pro? Cause those wouldn’t fit in my ears and am wondering if there’s a size difference for these hence the name “mini”.

How can I switch between paired devices with the Reflect Mini NC? I want to be able to switch between my PC and my phone.

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, the Reflect Mini NC does not have the Multi-Point feature, This device has the DUAL CONNECT + SYNC feature which allows you to use the earbuds in Stereo or Mono.
