Yes, I'd recommend this product.
Great clear sound & bass. Yet after only using for thee days the left ear bud kept cutting on & off even after being fully charged also stopped playing once I removed the right one…returned for an exchange hopefully next pair works

I bought this a while ago and there really nice im just sad because I lost the left earbud and cant find it but the product its self GREAT but im terrible at finding little stuff.

I bought this product less than 3 weeks ago and one earbud doesn't work anymore. It connects pretty fast, is easy to use but shocked it just stopped working. I am overseas and plan to visit Verizon to return the product as soon as I return.

Oh my goodness these WERE the best ear buds I had had in a while, but I completely regret buying them. I love JBL speakers, but do yourself a favor and buy a newer model or another brand entirely. I only bought these roughly 6-7 months ago and they are already dying on me. They constantly cut out, fade in and out when playing music etc and I only just bought them in December. It's June now. I am SO disappointed... I can't afford new ones so I guess I'll be downgrading to the ones my JBL earbuds replaced. Glad I kept them as spares!

It worked for a year then it went down hill

I got my earbuds in October of 2021 they were amazing I loved it but after a year my left earbud died so fast it couldn’t last longer then 1 hour the charging case didn’t work as well I had to mess around with my earbuds to charge them and they wouldn’t even charge to 100% they’ll go up to 60% or 50%

Great for bike rides and whenever you are active. Easy to connect. The audio quality is a lot better that I expected coming from such a cheap product. I ran them through the washer a week ago and they are still functional.

I’ve always loved JBL speakers. Got these and was disappointed. Only one bud works at a time. I can never use both. And there’s always a static sound in them. Severely dissatisfied

What is the difference between the 125TWS and the 225TWS? Is it just the shape of the earbuds? It seems all other specs are the same. Correct?

Thanks for your question. Both devices are similar in design and function. Our JBL Tune 225TWS has touch controls, while the Tune 125TWS doesn't. Both have Bluetooth 5.0, and both earbuds can be used independently. Please note that these earbuds can connect to one only source at a time.

earbuds do not fit charger, lid will not close on them...

Please check if the earbuds are placed on the appropriate pins. Place the earbuds on the case and check that the left bud is placed on the left pin and the right bud is placed on the right pin. How can I get them to recognize a different BLuetooth source?

Our JBL Tune 125TWS has the Fast Pair feature simply tap the button of the earbuds to connect to any device, You need to switch off the Bluetooth function of the 1st device to be able to connect to another Bluetooth source.

Do the light bars on the earbuds stay lit all the time?

The LED indicator on our JBL Tune 125TWS shows the battery level of the case. When the buds are placed on the case, it will charge and the light will remain on.

My windows computer recognizes JBL TUNE125TWS-LE as the bluetooth device but it keeps asking for a pin. Ive tried 0000, 1111, and 1234. I cannot connect them to my computer at all. HELP!

Thanks for reaching out. Try resetting the earbuds by following the instructions below: Place both ear pods in the charging box, while the charging box is plugged into a power source. Press and hold the button on the Right pod for about 5 seconds. The LED on the pod will turn off and then turn back on again. This restores to factory default. (Please note that charging must take place for reset to work.) It also may be necessary to remove or forget the earbuds from the list of paired Bluetooth devices in order to pair again. Is there anyway to disable the automatic disconnecting after a period of inactivity (not receiving anything) from the paired device? As long as music or other audio is playing, they stay connected but without that, they won't. Can't take calls afterwards.

We appreciate the feedback you've provided to us. Our JBL Tune 125TWS has an auto-shut-off feature that disconnects the device after 10-15 minutes when not in use. This is mainly to save battery power and cannot be disabled. You will need to keep on playing music on your source device if you don't want it to shut off.

How come you don't provide a proper user manual? How come the earbuds don't fit inside the case provided? Can't charge, can't close lid, if the earbuds fit into the wires, they are rotated so that they don't fit into the case properly, lid can't close.
