Thanks for your question. While the JBL Wireless Mic Set does a good job with wind rejection, it is designed for typical applications, not high-wind environments. In these environments the wind will be heard over the speaker. A foam windscreen will certainly help. It's hard to say exactly how a high-wind environment will effect the wireless connectivity, but it is possible that the connectivity range will be reduced.

Yes, our JBL Wireless Two Microphone will work with the Partybox Encore Essential through its microphone input.

Our JBl Flip 5 doesn't support wireless microphones. Moreover, for microphones to work, the signal needs to be boosted before it passes to the speaker output. Our JBL Flip 5 doesn't have this preamp boosting built-in. We have the JBL PartyBox Series that has this built-in but for wired microphones.
