Size of case adds a 1/4 inch on all 4 sides, which makes it very bulky for the pocket. The rubber edging peels off, without any rough handling. It's just cheaply made and expensively priced. Avoid this one!

I initially purchased this case 6 months ago. I am now going on my 3rd replacement case. The rubber around the edges peels off after about 2 months.
I tried to do a warranty claim through LifeProof and was told the cases won't be available for at least a month (this was on 10/31/18).
They offered to send me either a Slam case or the Fre case. Now my options are either A) Slam case which is not as protective or aesthetically appealing --OR B) Fre case, which is waterproof, but makes it hard, if not impossible, for the person on the other end of the phone call to hear you because the microphone is obstructed by the case (for waterproofing.) 2 bad options.
Additionally, the cheap plastic screen protector on
the Fre case drastically reduces screen sensitivity and becomes dirty and scratched almost instantly.
I'm very disappointed in the quality of the LifeProof Next case as well as LifeProofs warranty options

I have had this case for almost 6 months. I love the sleek design and seems durable considering I drop my phone a lot. However, the rubber bumper on the sides has begun to peel off. I have had to glue the sides back on but now it is peeling off in other areas. I hate this case so much I may not continue using their products which is a shame because I love them so.

This is the worst lifeproof case I've ever owned. The back is so slick its constantly being dropped or falling off something and getting banged up. Should be some texture on back of case to prevent this

The concepts of the case is good except for the fact of lack of screen protection. However my case does not want to stay on especially on one corner. In addition the case does not support standard aux/stereo cables. If you want to use the case you must either use slim cables or get an adapter cable which is not included. (There has been additional issues that can not be mentioned here)

This case has great protection, but people cant hear you very well when using the speaker phone. If you use the tool, the case comes apart fairly easy.

Very Poor Product

I just bought my phone a few days ago and this was the case recommended to me so I regretfully purchased it. I immediately had troubles with this case. It bent just trying to get it apart to put my phone in it. Additionally, the buttons do not align very well so sometimes it was necessary to take the case apart and put it back together again several times (which just furthers the initial damage). The instructions that came with the case are ridiculous, so there is really no way of knowing if I was ever even put the case on correctly in the first place. I cannot get rid of this case fast enough. This is an extremely poorly designed phone case, the worst I have ever dealt with. I would not recommend buying this case. Maybe I just got stuck with a defective case but still, it is a disappointment and a hassle to deal with.

That is a great case for your phone. To clarify, the LifeProof case does not come with a screen protector. You will have to purchase the screen protector separately. - Jasper
