They’re honestly amazing, great sounds for gaming as well as music production BUT the doc does not update anymore so your mic will stop working

To be honest it is a very good headset but they removed how to update the doc so your headset will not work when the update is needed!!!!!

Bought this after having previously gone through an older set. These could not even. Be updated. Avoid at all costs, the developer doesn’t support it as they use to.

Hello Skilla! Sorry to hear you've had issues with updating your A50 Wireless Gaming Headset + Base Station for the Xbox. The firmware of your product can actually be updated yes, you would need to download and install the Astro Command Center software that can be found on this page to a PC: https://www.astrogaming.com/en-us/support/software.html. Once that's done, follow the instructions on screen to connect the Baste Station and Headset to your PC to proceed with the update. - Mathieu from Logitech

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

If the price of $300 scares you, then you shouldn't buy them.. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! This headset is steps above everything else.. I have never had my A50's die on me and I Play a lot. You will not find a better or more customizable headset. Logitech/Astro hit it out of the park with these. I bought mine in January of 2021 and I haven't had one problem with them. When these do wear out, I'll go buy another pair

I bought this on January 5th of this year and it arrived two days later. Unfortunately, it arrived defected. It keeps turning off every 10-15 minutes. I called Logitech and did a few reset tries but to no avail to representative told me to just return it and get a new one. Sucks because is pretty pricey at 300.00. I will be buying a new one and sending the defected one back.
