I am giving this one star solely to the fact, though very inconsistent, it’s great when it works. If I were to write everything that went on from the start, I would run out of breath, so to sum it up. Since day 4 of having this whole thing, it’s been trouble. From little internet, to bo internet, to having replace the box itself. Keep in mind my wife and I work from home. This for to a point that the low bandwidth caused my ring camera to break and no internet for a week. On top of that, they had a incentive to get a $200 DoorDash card and because of their mistake, it’s been almost a year and no DoorDash gift card, again.. because of their mess up. This is all while customer service is telling me they will do everything they can and credited me a measly $100 for not having internet for over a week, while working from home. I still have it, only because we need to have this one to power some devices and have our main ones with T-mobile which we have had a one time issue that by simply following the instructions, works perfect. Keep your customers happy Verizon.
