I was in need of a mophie juice pak for my new iPhone 15plus so when i looked at the compatibility for this mophie pro 15 case I got excited but then I purchased it and it wouldn’t fit it was way too small now Verizon wants to charge me $50 to return it…it is unheard off why should I pay I didn’t mess up I wouldn’t of bought it if the comparity section would of said that it didn’t so now I have to call to get a label and a box and fight not to have to pay the $50!!!!! Verizon needs to wake up they are losing business very fast!! Please read the post I wrote on each photo below as well!! Good Luck!!

I would not buy this product I got it yesterday and it only charged my iPhone 16 pro max 70percent and it also got really hot took it back to store.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

Personally, I’ve always liked Battery Pack Cases, since I spend a lot of time on my cell, being I’m on the go regularly and not by my PC/iPad for much of my day. I find that the Mophie battery is adequate to above adequate, on par with the Apple iPhone Battery Pack Cases… However, in my experience Mophie does do a better job in terms of serving as an actual ‘protective case’ and their protective capabilities, than the Apple Cases.(Especially their Battery Pack models) But not as good as a ‘Protective Case’ such as some of the more heavy duty Cases on the market. Lastly, they might lack the ‘Name Brand’ recognition that the Apple Cases will get you… to most that is not much of a factor, but when you are spending $100 US Dollars for a Case, some might take that into consideration.

It is a great case and phone charger it lasts long and it does not take the whole battery to charge the phone just in 40 minutes up to it's full charge

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

Love this Mophie product. Lasts for 2-3 days between charges when first purchase it. Very good product. But after a few month's suddenly it only lasts a day. Then after a year and dropping on ground about 5 times , the Mophie lost its ability to charge up and then died altogether. But it left me with excellent protection from breaking my phone. Awsome battery pack. Mine broke but i am waiting to buy another one. Out of stock stinks : - ) no photos or videos available

Can the phone still wirelessly charge with the case on?

Good question! This case is meant to charge through the internal battery. It has an integrated passive magnet so it can still be used with mounts and other magnetic accessories, but it cannot charge wirelessly with the case on the phone.

Can you use mag safe to charge the case

Hi Dion, great question. The juice pack for iPhone 15 Pro Max is only capable of receiving charge by plugging a USB-C cable into the USB-C port on the bottom of the case. Plugging in is a faster, more efficient charge.

Is it drop proof, does it work when your in hot areas across the country?, the only reason why I ask is because I bought 2 different colors for my vacation crusing in 2016 and died on the spot while charging my phone at 30%

The case does provide some extra drop protection for your phone. The heat does universally shorten the charge time of a battery. -MatthewG
