Broke in 2 months It quit charging in 2 months, I contacted mophie for a replacement under warranty. They told me "The item is backordered", it has been nearly 2 weeks and still nothing. Do not recommend.

I dropped this case a few times and the side of it is already chipped passed repair. I wish it was a more durable case, and that they had a better warranty on it.

I HAVE HAD MORPHIE'S NOW FOR 2 YEARS AND WILL RECOMMEND THEM EVERY TIME YOU CANT BEAT THEM FOR PROTECT OF YOUR PHONE AND FOR EXTRA BATTERY FEATURE ALSO WHEN YOU NEED THAT EXTRA CHARGE

When the device was plugged it...it didn't charge my phone. It only charged the juice pack. It was defective. So I sent it back.

I bought this case to help me with my phone not dieing. But this case will not charge right and wont charge my phone. I have to charge phone and case separate. I would not recommend this case.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.
PROS: The case is build well. I dripped my phone on the pavement and it protected it, and the case only had a scratch. I also love that you don't have to worry about plugging your phone in to charge all the time.
CONS: It would be nice if there could be protection for the glass. If the phone drops on its face.......... I wish it would charge the phone to 100% if the phone battery is below 35% but it don't.

this is the second juice pack ive purchased for this phone...the first one, for some unknown reason, became slightly swollen or expanded inside the casing where the battery pack is located - I noticed it because my phone wouldnt lay flat when placed on a table - it even cracked my screen protector - t also wouldnt hold the charge as long as normal - I decided to purchase another because I like the juice pack and it works well for my cell phone needs - I have owned and liked the older model for my previous cell phone - it is a little more than I would like to pay but I found a discount code when ordering on the Mophie.com site - the order process was easy but the processing and shipping was slow even though it was free shipping - I hope this one last a longer than 1 year, like the one I had to replace because of failure

is a power cord included with the juice pack when purchased?

The mophie juice pack for Galaxy S8 does not include a power cord. You can, however, charge both the phone and battery case using the phone's USB-C cable or with any mophie charge force wireless accessory (sold separately). - Jennifer
