I purchased this on the 24th of December from terminal five Heathrow it is the 3rd of January and yesterday the 2nd of January I started noticing problems charging using the switch tip cable now it will not charge my iPhone at all with the switch tip cable so luckily I have got my original Apple Lightning cable which I am using now I definitely would not recommend to buy one of these

I have a morphia it is pink and has 4 little lights and a small button on side. How do I know when it is fully charged. The lights flicker for a moment then shut off . How long will it hold a charge.

After you begin charging the juice pack case, the LED status indicators will start blinking to indicate charging. The lights will turn off after 30 seconds allowing for a good night’s rest. Remember to press the status button to check the battery’s charge status before you take your juice pack case. When all four LEDs are lit, your juice pack case is fully charged.

The powerstation with Switch-Tip cable will allow you to charge both Apple and Android devices. Does your Android phone charge via micro USB? If so, you can remove the Apple Lightning tip from the end of the charging cable. If your phone uses an alternate connection, you can purchase a USB cable with the appropriate charging port and connect it to the other side of the powerstation in order to charge your device.
