I bought this powerstation in 2/21. It quit at the end of May. I cost $216. VERIZON will not get it repaired or replaced with a refurbished model. BEWARE OF THIS PRODUCT.

I received this today through the mail after ordering online and the powerstation did not charge. There was no indicator light showing it was charging. This isn’t my first Mophie powerstation and I never had an issue with them. Don’t know why it’s not working. I’m returning and hopefully Verizon sends it back to Mophie. Very disappointed.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.
Well it feels great in the hand well made , fabric reminds me of a Apple product.
With that said it charges a 13” Mac Book Pro , 12.9 IPad Pro at the same time .
Wow the blast of power it gives is amazing. It’s pricey ok “ worth the money”.

I bought this powerstation to use for my GoPro. I was live-streaming my nephews’ games so the grandparents could watch at home because of the coronavirus. The batteries for the GoPro get too hot while recording or live-streaming for long periods of time. This was big enough to power the GoPro and worked really well. I just wish my GoPro came with a longer charging cable.

It doesn’t stay on, and the pass through charging get re-activated only when I unplug everything and reconnect. They are making me pay for a warranty replacement shipping. I feel it should be covered considering I just bought this.

I live in a wildfire area that has power outages lasting 3 days or longer. I knew last year I had to update my devices and get stored power. The Mophie is working seamlessly for my new iPhone 11 Pro Max and my old iPad Air, which I will be upgrading soon. I use the Mophie to charge my devices and charge the Mophie when needed. It seems to charge faster with the USB-C to lightening on my iPhone than the old USB-A to lightening from an outlet. Very pleased.
