I bought this for my wife. She is a real estate agent, who is in and out of the house all the time. She loves not having to think about having to plug her phone in anymore. She keeps it right by her laptop and is able to work from it while it is on the stand.

It is easy to use and find instead of laying down phone, but takes much longer to charge my phone. Most of the time you have to adjust how it sets, check the cord so it is charging or light will flash. The salesperson could have been more helpful, especially since I'm older and had to drive more than an hour to the nearest store. He forgot to put a receipt in the bag. Even had to ask for a bag. I wish Verizon would replace this. Too difficult for me to go back to store.

Slow charging and not able to stand the phone upright. Must place the phone on its side for it to charge.

I was having a lot of trouble charging my LG G7 "Thiin Q" phone. The Verizon customer service rep cleaned out the charging port and said that it was damaged. He suggested that I try a wireless charger and recommended this one. It works! Now I have rapid, reliable charging for my phone. Eventually I'll probably purchase a new phone, but I'm relieved to know I don't have to go through all that trouble for now.
