I had connectivity issues while overseas. The phone wouldn't connect to the cell service automatically. I had to manually change it based upon my husbands settings in each country we went to. Verizon told me that they would replace it for free when we got back stateside. They wouldn't and insisted I needed to upgrade. I received this phone and it has been horrible. Doesn't connect, very slow, and Safari doesn't work properly. Also, the amount of embedded ads is very annoying.

I retuned my cable & WiFi equipment to the 770 Jefferson Rd. store, on Saturday, September 20th. I arrived at your store at 5:00PM, registered, and I was finally served at 6:50PM. By that time there were 17 people in the queue. Your personnel (only two of them working at that time) were extremely polite. I surrendered ALL of the equipment and was processed in 5 minutes and was handed a receipt. Today, I received a text message telling me that my account had been successfully closed, urging me to surrender my equipment?!? My concerns: a two-hour wait for service is way too long. When your System has already recorded the return of ALL of the equipment, why do you send a message that would seem to indicate that you had NOT received it?

Yes, this case is compatible with the Galaxy A23 5G UW. While the Commuter case does not come with a screen protector it is compatible to be used with one if purchased separately. -Kristen
