The pink color already scratched and the pop socket portion is working well so far but some say it broke quickly and I can see it’s fairly flimsy. I am just being gentle with it and so far ok. It does work well with MagSafe charging.

Horrible dropped my phone by accident and thought this otter box was safe! Cracked my whole back of phone!

Flimsy Design.

I purchased it on December 29 and today is January 30 and I cannot return it, or exchange it because I’m outside of the 30 day window. The grip tore. It is so flimsy and I had a pop socket that lasted me a couple of years… And I bought this because I liked the color and it only lasted me 30 days. Don’t waste your money. I am a 55-year-old woman who takes very good care of her things… So it wasn’t like it was someone young and being rough on it and on it constantly. Really disappointed in OtterBox.

This is my second time using this case, both pop sockets tore off. Very flimsy pop socket, not sturdy enough to hold phone up horizontally.

The socket extensions broke and do not open or close easily anymore. I have only had it for about 2 weeks now. The pink color stains VERY easily!

Yes, I'd recommend this product.
Good case. But the magnetic part on the back doesn’t work very good with the car mounts out there. I had to put an extra thin magnetic plate between the case and my phone. Other then that it’s good.

My 16 year old son has always taken care of his phones and other than an occasional cracked screen protected, has never broken a phone. 4 days ago, I got him an iPhone 14 promax and this case. The phone was bumped off a table, fell 3 feet to a concrete floor with this case in and the back glass shattered. The case itself is fine, the phone is ruined though.
