Careful with the earbuds

I’ve had my Razer hammerhead earbuds for less than 36 hours when my Right earbud went out. I get no feedback from it except touch. The audio on the earbud completely went out. I tried to trouble shoot it by what Razer and the forums recommend and nothing worked.
Razer is a great quality brand but with an apple phone, it doesn’t seem to mix well.
