[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the Ring 2 for multiple years and our least favorite part about it was the live view connection. We were very hesitant to upgrade to the Ring 3 because we were worried we would have the same issues. Luckily, the live view works much more seamlessly on the Ring 3 and is quicker to open in the app. Other features that felt improved on the Ring 3 are the motion sensing. The ring 3 is super motion sensitive, so we had to dial back the settings quite a bit. The Ring 2 wouldn't detect motion until it was very close, and sometimes even then it wouldn't. The response time from doorbell press to device notification and connection seem to be much improved as well. Highly recommended!

The photo quality is clear, and the wide angel shows a large area in front of our garage. We couldn’t get it to work with our existing doorbell wires, but it is still a great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our ring can do everything. It watches and alerts us, it can communicate with deliveries, it allows us to feel safe when we’re not at home. You do have a small monthly charge for the storage and video capabilities but we think it’s worth it. There is a feature where you can see what everyone posts and that seems good and bad. It makes you think there are more issues because more people report sus activity.

We currently have the ring pro on our front door, but delivery services and our kids typically use the side door. Instead of installing a wired devise, we are able to use this one. It has the same great features as the Ring Pro.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I love the concept of this doorbell camera. It is very useful, especially when you're not home. I love the fact that it acts as security as well as lets you see what packages have been delivered and when. The doorbell was pretty easy to set up and install. The battery took a very long time to charge (5 hours) and it wasn't even completely finished charging. That is a drawback for me, as we did not replace our current doorbell with the Ring and thus it is operating using only battery power. The notifications can be a bit excessive, but there are options to minimize them. One major drawback for me is it comes with a one month trial plan but after that, I believe you have to purchase a plan in order to continue to view videos. For the price of the doorbell, I think this is pretty ridiculous. Why have the doorbell if you can't see the videos?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely in love with this device. The setup is a breeze and the design is perfect. I charged the battery overnight as it take 8 hours to completely charge it. Once the battery was charged it set up the device and paired it with the all. Super easy to pair. Installing the doorbell was easy too. It comes with all the hardware and detailed instructions. The video and picture quality is great. I especially love the motion detection feature. I paired it with Alexa and it’s perfect.

How long does charge on battery pack last?
