The ability for the ring to connect any of the watches and take over some of the health functions over, which extend the watches battery is awesome.

I was so hyped to get this ring, but now that I've had it for almost a year. It's cool, but nothing insanely special. It is NOT scratch resistant like they claim it is, I have to take it off when lifting at the gym. Otherwise, it would get ruined! It's really only good for cardio and sleep tracking. Would I buy it again? Probably not. Do I regret buying it? No.
Hopefully, they'll add some touch features and actually make the next gen scratch resistant.

The battery life is just phenomenal. I wear it with my Galaxy Watch, and this little thing just goes for days and days without needing a charge.
What I truly appreciate, though, is how incredibly comfortable it is. It's so lightweight that I genuinely forget I even have it on. This has been a total game-changer for my sleep tracking. I could never get used to wearing a bulky watch to bed, but the ring is an absolute dream to sleep with. I just wear it and wake up to all my detailed sleep data, completely hassle-free.
Now, I'll be real with you – the initial price tag made me pause. It's definitely a bit of a splurge. But honestly, as long as Samsung doesn't tack on a monthly subscription fee, I believe it is 100% worth the higher upfront cost. It’s made staying on top of my health, especially my sleep quality, so much simpler and more comfortable. It’s a definite keeper for me!

I'm not a huge fan of wearing a watch all the time, especially when I sleep, so this ring has been a perfect fit for tracking my health without feeling like I'm wearing a gadget.
It's super lightweight and comfortable – I often forget I'm even wearing it. But behind the scenes, it's doing a lot. I mainly use it for sleep tracking, and it gives me some really interesting insights into how well I'm resting. It helps me understand my "energy score" for the day, which is a neat little guide for how to approach my activities.
I also like that it tracks my heart rate and activity throughout the day. It's not meant to replace a serious fitness tracker for intense workouts, but for getting a general sense of my daily movement and recovery, it's excellent. The battery life is also impressive; I can go several days without charging it, which is incredibly convenient. After looking at different products It came down to the samsung ring or the aurora ring but since I had a samsung phone I picked the samsung ring and it was the best decision I could've have taken. The ring has helped me figure out my sleeping patterns and I've never felt better.
