Yes, I'd recommend this product.
Was stuck between size 11 and 12. Went with the 12. Half-sized would be nice, but I understand why they don't. Otherwise, can barely tell it's there and has done great tracking when I don't have on my watch!

Not too great. The black ring i have has started to loose the coating. Its only been a month.
The battery life is impressive though
For the amount they're charging, I'm disappointed that it's loosing color on the edges

It analyzes your sleep by measuring your heart rate, blood oxygen levels, and skin temperature. Additionally, it monitors your heart rate and can automatically detect and track your walking and running activities once you enable this feature in the Samsung Health settings of the Galaxy Wearable app. We hate to see that you've noticed some shedding on your ring. There are a few things to keep in mind when wearing the Galaxy Ring. It's important to ensure that the orientation indicator is facing your palm, that it fits snugly against your skin to enable accurate health tracking, and to wear it on your non-dominant hand to prevent scratches. Additionally, refrain from wearing metal jewelry on adjacent fingers, remove the ring when handling heavy objects, and avoid it around magnets, as these can disrupt health tracking features. Samsung provides a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects, and additional coverage is available through Samsung Care+ for extended protection. Yes, I'd recommend this product.
I love the ring itself. The heart rate info, steps info, snoring, sleep, and stress rate are my favorite features. They are also very accurate. What I don’t like is that I ordered the ring sizing kit, the size 7 was perfect for my index finger, I get the actual ring in and it is extremely tight. I have to use lotion to get the ring on & off.

Great Experience, I have the Samsung Watch Ultra and the Samsung Z Fold 5 they pair and well very well together. The information from these devices help me to understand where I was with my sleeping habits. Also, steps to improve my sleeping habits, and I honestly feel much better. I’m attempting to get more sleep and becoming more successful and feel much better.
