Sadly only bought cuz every watch I use doesn't track sleep. Maybe because of my tattoos but ring works and looks great

The ring worked well, and the battery lasted about 6 days during the first 12 months. After 12 months, it doesn't even last 5 hours. I have to charge it twice a day.

And when I do have to charge up it is lightning fast, so I'm to get going again. It's lightweight and sleek, never gets in the way of daily activity. I can sleep with my Galaxy Ring on comfortably throughout the night.
I've found the health and activity tracker to be pretty spot on. It's given me a closer look at how my daily activity level and sleep affects my overall health. And it's a seamless fit with the rest of my Samsung products... 10 out of 10!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ring is comfortable and gathers some good biometrics, however it records data that is inaccurate. Sleep latency for example always says I fall asleep in 2-3 minutes which is never the case. It says for optimal sleep time I should go to bed around 11pm-2am, and when my sleeping hrv is above optimal (which is good) it dings your scores. I like some of the info, but would rather go with Oura.
