The service to put on the screen cover was ok. I actually thought my actual screen was broken and that is why I went in. I had insurance on both my phone and my screen cover. The screen cover was the crack. I bought a whole new screen cover for full price and said I think I also have insurance on the cover. He had already opened the new box. He said I could use it next time. My insurance should have covered it because I had it registered. Also I found out that if you have insurance on your phone that you can not deal with that directly with the Verizon store. What a racket! I cancelled the phone insurance. It was all a waste of money!

Yes, I'd recommend this product.
I love the product but unfortunately two days after i got it I was walking to my granddaughter's softball game and my phone rang and I went answer it with chair in hand and dropped my phone. Now I Have a crack I bought the insurance and registered the product and now I'm having a hard time getting ivy replaced.

2nd Time Replacing screen protector (Malfunction)

After having this applied when I initially bought the phone, the corner piece on the bottom right side was not properly set and caused damage to the screen protector when pulling in and out of pocket. Verizon was nice enough to allow me to exchange and replace the same screen protector and not even a day later, the same thing happened, now to the left side of the phone. Parts of the screen protector were not fastened and is now causing the screen protector to chip away and cause screen cracks throughout the phone. Frustrating as it has been replaced, and now it happens again. Hopefully Verizon is reading this and can help make it right for a 3rd time. $70.00 for a screen protector that malfunctions each time can get quite expensive. Please help make this right Verizon, as I have spent quite a bit of money originally on this screen protector that was suggested by Verizon employees. With it being a Verizon product, I hope Verizon can do the right thing and replace it, again, free of charge.
