The device works well, getting it setup was another issue. Lots of back and forth with Verizon over service and what I needed to get my Fios service to stream.

I just installed the steam tv box. My problem is I canr seem to stream my regular cable like I can when I’m on my phone or tablet. Any suggestions ??

It has been one week since we switched over to Fios, the internet is amazing but this Fios Stream TV box is very glitchy the apps will no longer load up. We can only just watch Fios TV. Will have to call in to Verizon to get it fix.

The worst - Much worse than their last service

The cable modem goes out every 30-40 minutes for 5 minutes. When that goes out, your internet goes down and the television goes down. They have come by to check it and claim everything is normal. I spoke to 2 other friends who also switched to the new service and they both claim they're having the same problems.

Tons of channels I don’t watch. Salesperson sold me a cell phone extender when I wanted a WiFi extender and they never told me a WiFi extender is free. Also I never received information on how to obtain my free notebook.
