How do I get caller I'd to show actual customers name not just the numbers? Also how do I transfer calls from one onetalk phone to another one talk user within the facility?
You can store contacts to your directory as shown on page 6 here: https://scache.vzw.com/dam/support/pdf/one-talk/dect-ip-cordless-phone-quick-reference-guide.pdf and the names for stored contacts will appear when they call your line. For non-saved contacts to appear as a name, the caller would need to have their name registered with a LIDB or allow share name ID abilities for their outgoing calls. - Ebony

Where does the phone service come from? The ISP or can it share a Verizon number with a mobile phone?
