My phone appears to be able to do everything I Asked the service technician that I would like my phone to do. Overall, I am very satisfied with the functionality of my phone. It’s appearance and it’s capabilities of processing and accessing information expeditiously. My concern is the bill there are so many junk fees. It makes it difficult to understand. I guess I can only wait until I have made a few payments and see if it goes back down to the promised amount that I used to pay.

Very disappointed that my iPhone 16 will not synch with my Hyundai! I’ve read on line that the same is true for abundance of people!!! Why would you continue to sell this phone without fixing the problem???

English (Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, UK) language support available this December. Some features and support for additional languages, like Chinese, English (India, Singapore), French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, Vietnamese, and others, will be coming over the course of the next year. 
Battery life varies by use and configuration. See apple.com/batteries for more information.

Great phone but very difficult to erase or stop all programs currently running. I’m told that you must softly touch the lower right corner of you main screen to bring them up? I can do it but it normally requires multiple (10-20) tries to achieve success! Also screen protectors and cases have gone through the roof and really should not be this expensive. Their gonna get your $$ one way or another!

I have been a Verizon customer for over a decade, through four iPhone upgrades, and this time it was the most cumbersome, and error-ridden process to get through. Further, I was sat down and put on the phone twice right there in the store to resolve an issue that shouldn't have happened to begin with. And the cherry on top was having to ask for a promotional adjustment because the first tech activated my account against my original plan, and invalidated my trade-in credit resulting in me having to may full-price payments for two months, while they run an adjustment through the system. Thanks Verizon!

It says in the details that a phone is not eligible for trade-in if it’s been reported lost or stolen. Does that mean lost or stolen after ordering the new phone via trade-in upgrade or lost/stolen at any point before ordering the upgraded the phone?
