This review has nothing to do with the iPhone 16 but how terrible Verizon's customer service has become. They lie n tell you one thing but it's another. They answer your call then play pass it back with their customers until I just hang up. YOU GUYS ARE THE WORSE!! I have written reviews here n elsewhere because this is just sad. I've been with Verizon 15 years!!! 15 years of giving you my money n you SUCK!!!!!

Love the simplicity of having everything Apple. Love the new phone. Got this because my 12’s battery life was dying, this blows it out of the water.

Apple Intelligence is available in beta on all iPhone 16 models, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max, with Siri and device language set to U.S. English, as an iOS 18 update. English (Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, UK) language support available this December. Some features and support for additional languages, like Chinese, English (India, Singapore), French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, Vietnamese, and others, will be coming over the course of the next year.
The displays have rounded corners. When measured as a rectangle, the screen is 6.12 inches (iPhone 16), 6.69 inches (iPhone 16 Plus), 6.27 inches (iPhone 16 Pro) or 6.86 inches (iPhone Pro Max) diagonally. Actual viewable area is less.
Battery life varies by use and configuration. See apple.com/batteries for more information.

I recently upgraded to an iPhone 16 Pro from an iPhone 11. I guess with all the hoopla that goes out with each iPhone release I was expecting to be really wowed by my new phone, but I’m not it. It is faster yes but I really don’t see any cause for cartwheels. In fact, if anything, I’m disappointed.

I love the iPhone 16 Pro with ESIM setup. The only issue is that the screen is too slippery and I have to use a stylus repeatedly. I am hoping that gets better with time and use.

The iPhone 16 Pro is compatible with both wireless and wired headphones. For wireless options, Bluetooth headphones are fully supported, including Apple's AirPods and Beats products. Wired options require a USB-C connection, as the iPhone 16 Pro does not have a headphone jack. USB-C headphones or a USB-C to 3.5mm adapter (for older headphones) will work.
