I have owned the pixel 8 for 1 year and recently have been experiencing a green screen, turning the device unusable until the issue resolves. I did research on the issue and it is a known glitch with solutions available but you must experience certain terms in order for the repair to be approved....Save your time and money!

Known screen issues, do not get this phone

I'm on my 3rd replacement for this phone, my first two phones had the same screen issue. The screen will turn a fuzzy green color that gets worse to the point you can't see anything. Now that I've had this phone, I've learned it's a known issue and things haven't gotten better. Sure, it has gotten replaced, but the first phone only lasted 3 months, the first replacement lasted 5, I don't have high hopes for the new replacement. Save yourself the headache and get something else.

Be aware that there are display issues that have intermittently popped up on this phone. Google fails to properly deal with this! It's a pity, because this is a great phone otherwise, but this is unacceptable.

The WORST quality device that I've ever owned!

I've had issues with receiving incoming calls and texts over a month, after HOURS & half dozen Verizon Reps, I am still here with a busted phone not getting incoming calls or even text messages. When doctors are unable to contact me it makes it a HUGE issue.

The camera is definitely an upgrade to the pixel 5. My biggest complaint is that the phone won't reconnect to WiFi when I return home or to a previously saved network. I have to restart the phone in order for it to pick up the wifi. I like the size of the phone. The facial recognition is good when it works. It loses my left hand finger print all the time and it's a pain where you store a new one so I quit adding it back.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I like the size, smaller than the Pixel 6. Fits in my hand and pockets better which prevents me from dropping it. I also bought a Peel case for it which is a great pairing to keep it slim and fit in small pockets as well. Response to my fingerprint is better through the privacy screen protector than my previous Pixel 6. The profile of the camera is smaller as well which is nice. The incline the Pixel 6 had made it slip and slide on tables, so it was always a risk to put it down face up. Pixel quality remains top for me.

Phone has had to have a hard reset and continues to not let phone calls come through - have been back to Verizon and they did the hard set. The next time they just said to turn it off and back on. What now?
