Worst phone experience I've ever had, EVER! Got one yesterday and it is pop up after pop up wanting you to buy more storage, limits your use of the phone and it's features. 24 hours later it has wiped out all my contacts and photos. It's very rudimentary, like old smart phones in the early 2000's. I'm horrified, disgusted and mad. Going first thing in the morning to get a new phone. If I could give this phone NO stars I would.

I ordered my new Pixel 10 through my Verizon. The new phone arrived with clear instructions and set up was a breeze. I returned my old phone seamlessly through UPS. I am have been with Verizon for 20 years and plan to stay!
